normal import & export trade business: Sales contract,
invoice and packing list, letter of entrustment for customs clearance
(airport format), sheet of verification and cancellation of exchange
earning through export, and instruments of animal and plant immunization,
commodity inspection, approval, etc. For goods with tax refund;
goods description including name, specification, quantity, value,
transaction mode, brand, manufacturer, and address of the payee
of taxrebate have to be lie. VAT invoice is required for tax refund.
□ For companies with foreign investment,
companices of processing materials provided by foreign clients,
companies of assemblying with imported components, and companies
of processing imported raw materials: Customs record manual.

customs clearance at their local customs offices, the goods to
be exported will be carried by the customs office appointed vehicles
to the airport customs office with already prepared customs office
sealing. With driver's book, customs clearance sheet, driver's
paper (or customs office sealing), goods will be cleared after
confirmation by customs office.
